Multidisciplinary therapy of cranio-mandibular pathologies. Prevention of complications of orthodontic, dental and stomatological treatments.

The clinical results obtained by cranio-mandibular osteopathic (OMT) treatments require a more scientific analysis, as much with regard to the etiological, conceptual and therapeutic aspects.

The main objective of this training is to convey to the participants the notions of interdisciplinarity in the clinical approach and in the treatments. Stakeholders are specialized in the analysis and therapeutic management of pathologies of the manducatory system and its clinical repercussions.

This seminar provides participants with the acquisition of clinical tools to treat syndromes often considered as idiopathic such as bruxism, tinnitus, migraines, neuralgia, dysphagia.

The osteopathic analysis of the different morphological, structural, neuro-physiological and fluid aspects in coherence with the occlusodontic analysis represents an original and innovative clinical teaching approach which allows a real interdisciplinary collaboration.

Student in dental surgery

« As a future dental surgeon, this seminar was a wonderful opportunity to learn different treatment options. We have learned to look at treatment options with new perspectives : focusing on a specific goal, but also from a global perspective. As a result, I am sure that I will improve my future treatments and that my patients will benefit. »
